An open-air press conference is scheduled at the end of the meeting in the Brdo castle grounds - in the case of bad weather the press conference will take place in Hotel Kokra in Brdo. Simultaneous interpretation into English will be provided.

At the start of the press conference and in the presence of the other presidents, the President of the Republic Milan Kucan, will make a statement.

After the first part of the press conference comes to an end, the presidents will all move to preselected locations to make their own statements for the press and answer journalists' questions. Journalists will have approximately 25 minutes to obtain statements from individual presidents.
