Information on the Press Pools for Individual Events During the Ninth Meeting of Presidents of Central European States

For technical reasons and due to limited space we have had to organise photo-journalists and TV camera crews into two pools to cover the two events of the ninth meeting of Presidents of Central European States that are scheduled to take place at Brdo castle ("TV pool" means that every camera crew will be represented by one person only).

Pool 1 will be able to cover the start of the presidential session in the Grand Reception Room (Friday 31 May at 15.30). Pool 2 will be able to cover the final presidential session at Brdo castle (Sunday 1 June at 11.10).

Please note that the organisation of members of the press means that pool members are obliged on the request of other members of the press to provide photographs, sound or TV pictures of the event in question.

The composition of the pools is arranged according to media group.
